Agreement for Gillette, WY ACA National Rally:

"In consideration of the American Coach Association accepting this reservation for the National Rally mentioned above, I (we) agree to hold harmless, release and discharge the American Coach Association, it's officers, directors, representatives, agents, servants and employees as well as the Local Chapter and other organizers of the rally, their insurers and all others acting in their behalf (collectively the "ACA") of and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, actions and causes of action, whether known or unknown anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or in connection with my (our) attendance at the National Rally, or traveling to or from the National Rally. I (we) agree that we will bring no claims, actions or causes of action against the ACA based on any of the foregoing."
